Found this big fellar at a local market.. figured it'd be funny and easy, to feed a party of folks. thats a 12" butcher knife...

Just FYI
Most folks would call that an 8" Chefs. But I understand you're measuring the LOA.
Nice back loin. Looks pretty standard size. Bet it was good!
