I do love a Cuban Sandwich. Took a pork tenderloin, butterflied, and pounded it thin. Hit it with salt, blk pepper, and garlic powder.

Slapped a couple of thick slices on some rolls with a healthy dose of yellow mustard, served me some black beans and rice too. They was good! If I had to do it over( which I will:grin:) I think I'll chopped the pickles 'cause the slices tended to slide on me. Thanks for lookin'.
