View Full Version : Cider brined pork chops with sauteed apples
I picked some apples from Eckert's farm in Grafton, IL over the weekend. Add a couple of pork chops and some fire and we have ourselves a fine concoction!

Wow, you just killed my appetite for this hamburger I am eating right now and it was grilled too! That has to be one of the finest looking chops I think I have ever seen and those apples look like they would just melt in your mouth. I wonder how that would taste with a dollop of ice cream on top? Thanks for the post and pron. :thumb:

It couldn't have been easier to grill, I got the recipe from the pork website...

The flavors were extraordinary. My wife (a vegetarian) said the hot glazed apples smelled like french toast! It's tempting not to put ice cream on top of that.
