Hello all. :waves:

New guy checking in from New jersey, and no, I don't know Snookie.

Been cooking since I was a kid and in recent years have been trying low and slow. Just got my first WSM after using an offset for a few years. I also run performer and a weber gasser. LOVE weber products.

I'm married, have kids, the whole catastrophe.

Looking forward to participating on this fine forum.
