Hello all, new user from Western NY State saying hey. I've been a dedicated lurker for a long time and finally made the leap to join the discussions. I've been Q'in, grillin' and generally looking for excuses to put meat to fire for many years. I have a Pitts and Spitts offset I scored on CL last year along with a couple of gassers, a Weber 18" kettle, a trailer mounted gas/charcoal grill and a homemade monster kettle grill type thing (work in progress). Also a VERY understanding wife. I've picked up tons of great info in the Q Talk forum and hope to share some of my own soon. All for now, time to get ready for tomorrows Buffalo Bills Backyard BBQ.
