Im from the western hills of Maryland but currently live down in Georgia. Currently gathering parts for some UDS builds. Normally I burn stuff on a regular Char Broil 4burner gas grill. Never really learned or attemped to properly smoke, grill and BarBQ. However Im learning and willing at this point in my life. Dont know much about anything important other then right and wrong and how to shoot at what I want to eat.
