While testing the smoker I converted for my nephew from electric to charcoal I cooked a fatty on it to see how it performs and learn its ways so I can better help my nephew cook on it.

Here is the fatty.

And, this is my breakfast the next day. Fatty and scrambled egg served over a tater cake. Yep, that's a biscuit made from canned dough. Still good though.

Looks great Bo, I never get tired of seeing the weave. Congrats on the smoker conversion it looks like it worked good.
