Hey ya'll. My name is Peter, I entered my first BBQ competition last weekend and had a blast. The guy next to me told me I had to check out this site to keep learning stuff, so here I am. I have a lot of time to bbq since I'm in paramedic school. Those 2 things take up most of my time and in between I occassionally race my cars. That's about it.
Don't cook on anything fantastic yet, want to make sure I'm in it for good before I shell out the cash on a big rig. Have an offset charbroil cheapo and borrowed a buddy's Oklahoma Joes offset for the comp. I'll be building 2 UDS' on Monday and seeing how well I like them compared to the offsets.
