Phubar's and Padawan''s Happy Phriday Pharkers pron 2

Friday we have steak on the menu. Along with potatoes and cauliflower.
As a starter we had a stuffed shallots. (filling consisted of goat cheese, smoked ham and honey.)
The potatoes were the whole milk with rosemary, garlic soaked. (this is not really worth repeating as it is with a good olive oil tastes better)




Cauliflower we had some pre-cooked and then a salsa sauce and placed in a baking dish on the BBQ done
