Butt prices?

What's a good price for butts now?

I just paid $1.29 per pound. Had to buy a case for that price though. No problem, I am cooking them all tommorrow.

I need a good price. I have to cook 2 or 3 of them on Saturday for a party on Sunday.

I paid $1.32 at Sam's club last week.

I forgot to mention that when I go t Sam's for pork butt I have to ask the butcher for the cryopack of 2 whole butts because they normally don't have whole butts in the meat case.

Butts are actually a little tough to get here in New England. I have to special order them from the butcher shop and it's 1.79 a pound.

$1.32 at Sam's here too. Like Neil I gotta ask for 'em. I think it was $1.20 by the case.
