Brisket on my new mini UDS

My first cook on my new smoker is a small brisket (5.35#) Oak lump w/Mulberry. Darned if it didn't rain twice! Had a little trouble keeping my temp. with the rain and I had to refire it once, but I persevered. I've got pRon, but it will have to wait till tomorrow. jb

Here are some pics, unfortunatly I fell asleep on the job and it stayed on too long. Not way too long, but enough for some of the flat to get a little dry. I'll just have to try again! Well, I'm sorry, I can only get one picture to load. I guess I'll have to go fire up my mac. jb
