Prepped and ready to cook ;

I seasoned them with everglades and some paprika, my cooker settled in around 360 degrees and it took about an hour and 15 minutes, then I basted with some (forgive me) store bought bbq sauce mixed with a little honey for a bit of a sweetness, the kids and the adults loved them, the skin was bite through and almost on the edge of being a little crispy.

Quarters were $.79/lbs at my local. Will be firing them up tomorrow now that you have motivated me.
