Has anyone ever stocked up on the RD frozen meats? Particularly the ribs? I saw the fresh ribs were around 2.30 per lb but the frozen spares were at 1.66 per lb. I usually buy fresh however does anyone use the frozen ones? These are the ones I saw...

Does the M mean medium? Do they sell different sizes?

Is the 2.30/lb for fresh the case price too?

The RD by me usually has the 4.5 and ups, and 3.5 and down (smaller) Haven't been in a week or so. When I've gotten them in the past, the 4.5 and ups seem to only come with 2 slabs in a cryo pack, while the smaller ones have 3. The one or two times I bought the mediums, they were a lot fattier than I like, and needed a lot of trimming.. but they are overall meatier. YMMV

Hmm. A place by me serves up some baby backs but they r small. Like mini in size. Then I went to a place in savannah and they had small almost mini st Louis ribs. Maybe these r the small size at restaurant depot?
