Fired up the Weber and cooked up some Thighs. Sometimes things just go perfect and these cam out that way. Cooked about 50 minutes over Medium Direct.

Probably my favorite cut of chicken for the grill at least,they stand up to the heat well. Some people snurl their nose at thighs but we luv'em here!
