Am wondering is any of you Brethern can recommend a book(s) on cold/hot smoking meat/fish/veggies? Any help is appreciated!

I really like Serious Barbecue by Adam Perry Lang. Adam has some great ideas. He does seem to get a little complicated with his techniques and ideas, but I really have learned a lot.

Here is a thread with a list of BBQ books people have recommended. I am not sure how much there is on cold smoking in any of these books.
