While roaming around Restaurant Depot I found that pork loins and imitation crab flakes were on sale. Naturally these two make for a great grilling combination.
Flaked up the fake crab then mixed in some diced apple & pear with some carom seed.

Lay it on down on a 5 lb butterflied loin which was coated inside with spicy mustard.

Close it up with some skewers and coat it with Tango Spice Chik N' Rib Rub.
