Nice! Is that a 16 gallon drum?

My next UDS project will be a 16 gallon drum using a SJ lid only, no bottom. Brand new 16 gal drums go for $40 here locally.

Wrapped in a vinyl decal. Keep it under 350 and it shouldn't have any ill effects on it, at least my othe UDS's have not shown it yet. And they have been used a year now.

It was a grease barrel that had a plastic liner in it, so no mess. I think it is a 15 gallon drum, fits perfectly in a Smokey Joe grill.

One of these days I'd love to commission one of your drums. Every one so far has been a stunner.

There are no infringement issues with that? Especially if they're being sold?
It IS very cool!

You have been very busy, my friend. Can you imagine the looks if I were to borrow that to cook next to the Manito Holy Smoked UDS you made for me???? Well, the Catholics and Lutherans would love it. Ha.

Hey !!! It works but very tempermental with the air intake and temps. Not wanting to ruin a butt or fatty, expermented with some wings for the first cook on it. They ryned out awesome and now I'll just have to fine tune my skills on the Mini UDS :becky:
