I've seen several posts of what to do with all the peppers coming from our garden this time of year. I've decided to make Hot Pepper infused Honey.
Picked up a 16 oz jar of honey from the Farmer's Market, chopped one Cayenne Pepper and two Jalepeno Pepper's that I let ripen until red. Added 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar and combined it all with the honey. I let it sit for a day or two turning the jar over a couple of times to distribute the flavors.
Basted pork ribs with Squeeze Parkay and the Hot Honey and I must say they were the best ribs ever! Won over a chef at a local resort club that hired me to cater their outdoor events after tasting the ribs.
Give it a try and let me know what you think.
