They were glazed with rhubarb sauce...

And that's Dutch National Championship cooking right there folks!

I'll be that rhubarb sauce is great with the ribs. How 'bout that SM Pecan? Those closeup shots of the rubbed ribs are amazing! Well, all the shots are amazing, but those stand out - wish I coulda been there for those!

I can only take credit for the ribs...the pasta salad was in courtesy of Neighbour Girl Wietske...which you have sort of met.:thumb:
While I was putting on the ribs she passed me the salad over the hedge.
