I was going to do a Rotisserie chicken on the UDS (which is one of my favorite foods..) but I couldn't find the Motor. After one hour of searching I said forget it and put the briquets in the Weber Performer.
Decided to Spatchcock which I haven't done before. Not rocket science though. Just cut and open the baby up.
Seasoned it with 2 of my favorites:
The Rub Company Lemon Herb
Todd's Dirt Original

Put that little dirty bird on the Weber about 350.

Pulled it about 170 IT.

Looks really good. I wish I could find some Rub Co stuff around here. I actually looked at getting some today but shipping on a single bottle is brutal. Someday...

You have a deal there. Have you by chance worked on the UDS handle idea? I definitely wouldn't mind dressing up the Performer I just got and I would love to show something off on a UDS with a hinged lid (i.e. handle on the front almost like a BGE). Let me look at your site and let me know if you have any progress on a metal mount for either the Weber or BGE handles. Worst case I could fashion my own but I think you would definitely have a market for bolt on wood handles with metal brackets.

No worries. I have a good friend (Greenleaf) that made me brackets just like the Weber's that you can bolt onto a UDS. I will shoot you a pic manana. Check out my website as I have definitely moved forward...

Im glad Marty is going to hook you up with a package deal! Unfortunately, any time you buy a low priced item that has to be shipped, you get screwed. Shipping is very rarely less than $7 and we don't mark it up unlike some companies. Definitely have to get a couple bottles at a time to justify shipping.
