Where's JD? This is just Thursday.

Check the Phirst post.
Besides...we're dealing with international Brethren too.;)

The reason I started the thread early is because I have little time this weekend and wasn't sure I would have time to start this thread.
If you want you can just reply when it's Phriday over there.:heh:

BTW....I'm bringing this hunk of LiVar pork loin Philet to Don Marco's place.

Sadly enough I am not smoking anything this weekend. I am headed home from Afghanistan. However, next weekend is a different story 4 Pork Butts, about 7 lbs of beef short ribs, and 30 or so Chicken and cream cheese ABT's Oh yea now that's a party. Oh and did I mention I just bought the 18.5 and 22.5 weber smokey mountains :p that was a hefty price to pay.. But hey gotta start somewhere

Headed to Cash & Carry first thing this am to see what looks good. I'm hoping they have some good looking butts and a deal on tri tip. If not, I definitely see ribeye and Italian sausage on the menu boys (and girls)...

Saturday, I will try my first ABTs on the WSM at the camper:

Cream cheese, extra sharp cheddar cheese, brown sugar, paprika and cayenne.
Hickory smoked bacon.
Raspberry chipotle sauce for a "finisher.":clap2:

Also heating up pulled pork from my daughter's graduation. I made up a batch of NC vinegar sauce and will also work in a little Tennessee Red. Hopefully my wife finds it "moist" enough.

I'm going to cook an 8lb butt tomorrow. I only had to stop at five different places before I found one last night. I'm also going to make some ABT's and also place some beans in the rack under the butt to catch all that greatness.

Phu, it's finally Friday here. Headed to the butcher in a few minutes to find something. It so hot, I may not need fuel. May just throw something on the grill and it will cook itself. We, maybe not. Have a great weekend bro.

Buckboard bacon. It's been curing since the middle of last week so it'll get rinsed, dried, and smoke Saturday afternoon.
