Epicurious recipe of the day.

I'm always looking for new cornbread recipes so I gave this a try. Added a 1/2 cup of corn. Had a nice flavor and was really moist. Cooked on the Primo.
Also did some sausage and beans. Nice easy meal on a hot day.

Nice looking meal! I'd make that recipe if the sugar were eliminated. I've always considered cornbread to be savory, not sweet. But I digress...:-D

Up here in the northeast cornbread is usually sweet. I think it would still be good with less sugar.

I like the idea of the honey with the wheat flour. I'll pass on other uses for it.
