I have cooked these a few times now and I think they are my favorite!

Thanks! They really are good! Have to get your local butcher to cut them thick. I like them to be 1 1/2" thick.

Careful - if you ever get into Missouri, Pork Steak is nowhere near what you just posted. You would be SO disappointed. You Pork Steak looks incredibly tasty though.
