Oh, that's good! I went past this thread a few times, and just wondered what the heck you would post. A six pack with cheese melted over it came to mind. I was thinking along the lines of the "Irish 7 course meal" six pack and a tater.

Great idea - potatoes would be so much better than chips! Going to have to try this out. I assume potatoes were cooked before adding toppings and then heated a second time to melt the cheese? Were these really done on an egg? wow....

Yes,they were.I cooked the bacon in the oven,on a rack over a cookie sheet.I cut the taters into wedges and boiled til just barely fork tender.I put the partially cooked taters in a deep sided pan, tossed in some of the bacon grease,s&p,garlic powder and Tsunami Spin.Cooked indirect on the egg at 350 dome til done like I like em.I then arranged the taters on an ovenproof plate surrounding an empty bowl, topped with cheeze and crumbled bacon. Then back on the egg for just a couple minutes.Replaced empty bowl with the bowl of dipping/drizzling sauce and added remaining toppings. That' it.

The taters are arranged on a plate surrounding a bowl of Horseradish Dipping/Drizzling sauce.
