1/2 strength, full?

prime dust, as directed?

When I have used it I make it a little more dilluted than the package suggests. But, you should be OK. I've gone as long as 8 hours before cooking after injecting.

8 hours is good. 12 would be too long, IMHO.

Good luck.

well, 8 hours turned out well. no issues.

i mixed according to directions, including prime dust. very, very tasty.

for comps, i'm gonna go with full strength. for a backyard, if i inject at all, maybe 1/2 at most.

you can tell the product is potent and 12 hours or longer may "burn" the meat, if that makes any sense.

butchers does say on his site he's left it in for 24 hours so i can't say for sure.
