it is a way of informing members there are photos in the post.
it is a way of circumventing filters at the workplace or other.
back when, food photos were posted as po*n, and members would be locked out. you can guess what letter the * stands for.

so it was changed to pron.

what it REALLY means is some nice looking eats:cool:

The proper spelling is "pr0n," with a zero for the "o." It is a standard way to misspell "porn" so that filters don't censor your post. It applies to real porn, and food porn, and car porn -- and any photo that could stimulate certain feelings ins a person that we will not discuss here.

On this forum, pr0n is a photo that could make a brethren hungry, or drool, or in some cases, actually give him wood. It happens, sometimes.

Perhaps, they should start. It may allow someone to goof off at work looking at fun pics that can't now do it because of firewall filters.

it was the word, not the pics of food, that caused the problem.

Ok, so you need to talk to your network administrator at work and ask them why they allow porn through the firewall.
