Have a friend that just had spinal surgery so I am loading up the smoker with a couple of butts, a brisket and a couple of chuckies and my wife is making baked Ziti. I'll package it in meal size portions so we can take it over to her and her husband so they can have easy meals.

Got meself some BB ribs all rubbing around in their rub as we speak, plus some butterflied chicken legs marinating in a mad mix of ketchup, mayonnaise, thai sweet chilli sauce, splash of cider vinegar, dash or two of hot sauce, plus some garlic, oregano, rosemary and salt and pepper...

2 Butts going now on the bottom rack. 1 brisket flat in the middle. 2 chuckies on the top. All over cherry. We'll see how it all turns out.

Smoking salmon right now. Tomorrow 2 racks of ribs, Sunday a big party pack of wings in a marinade made of Landarc's "Pig Honey" with some red pepper flakes to heat it up.

I have absolutely no farking idea. This weekend snuck up on me. And, it is hotter than hell in Dallas.

I will grill or smoke something. Oh, yes, I will grill or smoke SOMETHING!

I just don't know what... yet.

Maybe I should do something crazy, like smoke a brisket flat, cut off all the bark, and make one sandwich out of the bark. :crazy:

Would that be too extreme? :confused:
