Look what MOMMA made tonight........

....yeah I guess it was just another meatloaf, but SHE did it all this time!:thumb:

She insisted that I sit on the couch with my foot on ice so she started the chimney, drug out the Performer, 1/2 loaded the charcoal baskets with unlit coals, put a small chunk of pecan on each pile, made up the loaf, wrapped in some of our fresh bacon from the hog we got this spring, let it go until it hit 150 IT and.......

This was a biggun. 2.5 lbs of ground beef, 1 lb of sausage and lots of other goodies!


She then went out to the garden, came back and made some salad with our home grown lettuce, radishes, green onion, basil and some other store bought veggies and I made a plate!!!

After dinner was over there was NOTHIN left but a single lonely slice of meatloaf. Guess I know what kind of sammie I get to have for lunch tomorrow!!!!!:clap2::thumb:

My niece is over to spend the night and has never had the privelege of smoked meatloaf off the grill.

The loaf looks fantastic, as does the rest of the food.....and if I suggested to my wife that she light up the Weber or the smoker at 9:00AM, she would still be laughing when we went to bed that night!!!
