i didn't have any chicken for fried chicken day, but i did have this:

and i marinaded it in this:

a white sauce i had made up a few days earlier. i then went ahead and mixed up some bread crumbs and seasoning, whisked an egg and melted some butter.

i dipped the veal into the egg and dredged it with breadcrumbs. then i drizzled some melted butter on each side.

and dusted each side with another light coat of breadcrumbs.

on the kettle at a 350*

it was farkin to die for...

my only regret is that it looked a tad dry on the grill so i sprayed a bit of canola on it. you can see the difference between the edges and the top. shoulda left er alone. the edges had a nicer crunch.
