Ok I think I am starting to get a grip on the tri tip(thanks to this site) thanks Brethren:clap2:Anyway, rubbed a tri tip with EVOO and a combo of Oakridge Santa Maria and Comp Beef rub, made some bowtie pasta with cherry tomatoes, green onion, and chopped jalapeno stuffed olives, along with some homemade basalmic vinegrette and parmesan cheese. Had a few slider buns leftover and tossed some pickled jalapenoes on the tri tip..REALLY GOOD!! thanks for looking

Nicely done with the tri-tip and making sure the meat is larger than the bun. BTW, Somkin Okie, I fished a pond in the Ruby Mountains that looked just like that avatar of yours.
