Wanted to share a couple of pictures of my efforts at the Lake this last weekend. Sorry no pic.s of the pork butts, They got devoured before I could get around to it. I cooked the brisket and the butts on the stick burner. The UDS was used for chicken and peppers. I used hickory, salt and pepper rub. Cooked for about 9 hr.s at 325. Tasted better than it looks. Thanks for checking it out.

I really like them and they are not too pricey.
