Anyone ever use this one? if so what do you think. No it is not greatest, needing portable for lake and stuff. need easy management, and cant really mess with unburnt charcoal when done, need to cool down quick. Has a smoke box for wood chips, water pan.

I wonder how much smoke time you can get from the small propane cylinder.

Are they any relation to King Kampers? If so, nice stuff. That portable smoker looks fine enough for Lake/camping smoking. If you get it please report back.

Good question tmelhorn! I am also looking for feedback on portable smokers. Had seen this one at Amazon Amazon.com: Bradley Propane Smoker: Patio, Lawn & Garden@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51LW9y4beyL.@@AMEPARAM@@51LW9y4beyL (http://www.amazon.com/Bradley-Smoker-BTPS-Propane/dp/B000OQCGAM/ref=sr_1_18?ie=UTF8&qid=1309825289&sr=8-18)

Was hoping to get something portable and reasonably priced for occasional use while camping with Scouts. The Bradly looked intriguing because of the relatively small size and because you can toss the cover after your cook if you don't want to deal with the mess.

Hadn't seen the model above before...if folks have any feedback on portable smokers, would appreciate hearing about it.

Thanks!

Bruce

Gas is the best smoker out there.
