Having some friends over Sunday and need to cook something for them, but I am not feeling it right now.
What to make??? Hit me with some ideas folks.

You hit the nail on the head here Bill - I like them a lot, but I am looking for minimal effort the day of since I want to be able to really visit with them. These are the folks I went to x-ray school with 100 years ago - don't want to be working too hard.
I was thinking pulled pork - can make it the day before and just toss in the crock pot or in the chafing dish to serve. The other option is to do some Italian Beef and throw that in the crock pot.
Part of the "problem" is, I post a lot of my cooks on t FB and so there is a certain expectation... :doh: So - I want to cook for them, but I also want to make it self serve the day of...

Pulled pork is kind of a "go to" if you want ease of service, but we've got a few days to think this over. :-P

How about ABTs? You can do the prep work in advance and toss them in the Egg shortly before they get there. You could also wrap MOINK Balls in advance.

Thanks guys. It seems that pork will win the day. I think I will cook Saturday. And prep the ABTs and MONKS then too. Make the Slaw dressing Sunday morning, and ice down the adult beverages. Then relax and enjoy my company.
