Brisket was put on at 2:45pm and it came off at approximately 8:01am this morning!!

I made this Stoker last night with a few Spare Parts..PC Fan, Flange, and a Timer set to come at every 2 hours and stay on for 30 minutes..It did great!!

This is my Stoker, I've used it twice with well satisfying results I might add...The Fan is a 4" PC Fan i had lying around collecting dust LOL...It is on a Timer that has the sliding scale for 30 minute intervals each Hour throughout...I set it to start Stoking after the 1st 8 hours of my Overnight Brisket Smoke, then it came on every two hours for 30 minutes each hour...Did damn good too!!!

Yes it comes on no matter the temp...My UDS hold Temps. real well anyhow!!! My DIY Stoker is set like I want it set no matter what, except for a Total Power Outage
