It will soon be time to start cooking for the 5th annual neighborhood 4th of July cookout. The menu includes, one brisket, 10 boston butts :butt:, some portions of 40lbs of chicken.
The pre-party will start with buffalo chicken for tonight. Followed by butt rubbing :butt:and the smoke will start around midnight to 1AM. The crowd is supposed to be showing up early tomorrow afternoon.
I will post PRON later.

Sounds great, good luck with your cook. Let's see some pics of how the party turns out.
Sounds like a great plan.
We will be doing a shrimp boil for my #2 son's birthday on Saturday. Monday, momma works but I'm off so I'll grill burgers and dogs. I may pick up 35 or so pounds of butts to cook for an upcoming wedding reception. Cook, pull, weigh, and vacuum pack to freeze for delivery closer to 7/16/11. :D
Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable 4th!
