I made some home-made burgers tonight. This is my own recipe and they came out great. in case anyone is interested, these have:

lean white ground turkey
salt
pepper
paprika
olive oil
basil
sweet bbq sauce
vidalia onion

those look really great!! tried ground turkey once and it feel apart on the grill... do you have to put anything in it to "bind" it?

thanks for the compliments. as far as binding, an egg works good. i forgot to buy eggs today, so i just used 1 tbsp of olive oil and it worked fine.

looks good to me. Eggs and breadcrumbs help bind turkey burgers. Ricotta cheese works good too:-D

It is store ground. I have tried lots of ground turkey -Jennie-O, Butterball, Tyson, and lots of others. I do not like any of them. I only buy ground turkey at Aldi's The taste and quality is far superior to any others that I have had. I love it.
