I'm pretty new to "real" BBQ but have learned a ton here in the last 6 months. Tonight was my 1st attemp at pulled pork. The rest of the menu included Sweet & Sour Slaw (http://www.amazingribs.com/recipes/slaws_salads_and_other_vegetables/sweet_sour_slaw.html), Smoked Mac & Cheese (http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=107120) (farking awesome), Big Daddy's Carolina Sauce (http://http://bbq.about.com/od/barbecuesaucerecipes/r/blb00114.htm), Hawaiin rolls and sweet tea.

Picked up a 4lb butt at Stater Bros for $8 :-D. Injected last night with apple Juice and brown sugar. Cover with the secret rub and let sit for 12hrs. On the UDS at 11:30 this afternoon, wrapped at 170 around 4 and pulled it off at 195 around 6:30.

This tasted great!!:thumb: I am sooo full. Thanks guys.
