well its like 3:00 in the morning.. Rufus has been on for about 30 minutes. i think tho, that its too early. 90 lb pig. not a lot of meat on that bad boy. good thing i got a couple butts just in case. a lot of pics throught the evening and day today, so here's the link to the photobucket..

we wanna eat around 6:00. i think that lil ol pig will be done way before that tho. i'm thinking 1 or 2:00... oh well.. had i started later, it would have ended up not being done til 9:00..

This 90 pounder I did last summer only took 10-1/2 hours at 275. http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=92182

If it helps you calculate, I served it along with 20 pounds of pulled chicken, 25 pounds of potato salad, 15 pounds of coleslaw, 15 pounds of baked beans, 50 ears of corn (cut in half) and 120 squares of cornbread. I had more that enough food for 60 people.

Here is what a North Carolina whole pig (minus the head) looks like. This one was 135 Lbs.

if you have room on the rig toss on some chciken. the extra mass will slow wilbers cooking and will help feed every one. but yea i think you are a little early.
