I'm cooking for a fundraiser and was asked whether the rub I'd be using is "gluten free". I'm using Yardbird.

The only ingredient listed that I have a question about is mustard flour. I don't even know what that is.

Can anyone comment on whether Yardbird is gluten free??

Cheers,
Braddog

Mustard flour is gluten free. It's ground up mustard seeds...as for the rest I'm not sure.
