What are you all gonna cookup tomorrow? I'm looking for ideas for inexpensive things to do on the UDS tomorrow to feed 10 people.
I'm going to try smoked bologna for the first time, what else can I do?

I get pork loin on sale usually for about $1.69 and stack it deep in the freezer, just put a defrosted one in brine now. Might also add some moinks.

Smoked meatloaf is a cheap and quick/easy cook too. Throw some sweet potatoes on there too. They're great smoked.

The wife requested chicken thighs ($0.99/pound) and ABT's. :-D Who am I to say no? I'll add a rack of ribs and some sweet potatoes.

Expensive doesn't always=better, and I've been out of work for 2 months :icon_frow

I have 4lbs of ground pork sausage to make a couple of fatties so far, might hit up the butcher tomorrow to see if theres any sales.

LOL my Mom is the one who showed me the cheaper cuts are what to buy.

Pork steaks are usually cheap and folks really seem to like them around here. :thumb:

Grilling turkey burgers and corn on the cob, it's what the wife wants(I was partial to ribeyes, but got out voted 1 to 1, funny how that works).

I concur.

They say BBQ began as a way to cook the cheaper cuts of meat.

I always like a homemade potato salad with lots of celery. I really like that crunch, and most of the crap at the store is crap.

Cheap n good:
chicken
fatties
beans
tater salad
