Safely, how long can you hold pulled pork in the refrigerator and it still be good to eat?

Vac packed and frozen = indefinitely. Just in the fridge, no more than 7 days, IMHO and that of my wife.

It shouldn't be an issue, eat it. You can make so many different recipies with PP and not have the same thing twice in a week.

Absolutely no more than 2 days. At the end of the 2nd day, pack it in dry ice and ship it to me (overnight of course) for proper disposal.

I think the "official" .gov recommendation is 3 days for leftovers. I'll generally go 7. The safety of this though will depend in part on your food handling like how quickly you cool your meat after pulling, etc.

Pulled pork usually last about three days, it's usually gone after that, But if not it freezes really good,I don't like to vacuum-seal it I think it changes the taste some. Think it makes the smoke more intense some way.

7 days works for me. Clean out any leftovers from the previous week on Sunday when I take the garbage out.
