Love it!! These bad boys do get got too, just finished doing pork chops for lunch on mine. :)

I think I prefer the way you cut that one allowing for a bit more room.

Still working on the fire tray with integral ash pan and looking at ideas for the side shelves.

I just used stainless for both the fire and food grate then installed alloy check plate to the front for a shelf. She sits next to the UDS so I just set things on her. :) I did pork chops on her at lunch and just about to re-fire for a little steak dinner.

Wow... that's pretty slick. I have a beer keg that I've been looking for something to do with and this might just be the answer. My problem is that I'm terrible when it comes to fabricating much of anything. What type of tools/equipment are required to slice that keg?
