hey ya'll, i am planning on doing a couple loins this weekend. here is what i have planned, but i am looking for additions or other ideas.

4 1/2 loins
i am going to stuff them. ( i am stealing cowgirls fatty press idea and using it to cram the insides of the loin full of goodness.)

1- grn peppers, onion, bbq sauce, and cherry tomatoes
2- pineapple
3- cheeze whiz and jalapenos
4- mushrooms and either shredded swiss or provolone

i will tie the ends shut, evoo em, and then give them a heavy dusting of meatheads memphis rib dust.

on the UDS to about 145 with apple and hickory glazing/saucing at the end with a honey bbq sauce.

also doing a bunch of chicken thighs on the other UDS, pull the skin hit with pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt. bbq sauce on one side, covered with the skin. more seasoning on the skin and unskinned side. cook to near done and also finishing with a sauce.

served with Kerrys beans (first time, cant wait to try em)
slaw and ma's onion loaded tater salad.

i am cooking for my whole family so there is people of all ages, and stages of pregnancy. anything ideas would be considered, and definately appreciated.

hell if i can figure out how i may finally post some pron for the poor fellas that have to work on the weekends.:-D
