Bored.... So I fired up the smoker! w/PRON

Not a whole lot going on today, so I fired up the smoker. Nothing fancy, just a couple Spatchcocked Chickens and some Chicken Bacon Bombs.

Some of them are a slice of apple wrapped in chicken thigh, then bacon. And some of them are beer brat with the casing removed, then the chicken thigh, then bacon :thumb:
