Around here, everything shuts down for Mardi Gras, so I decided to do a little leftover brisket sandwich that I felt needed to be shared with millions of others..The sandwich was legendary and I hope you enjoy seeing it, almost as much as I enjoyed eating it.
Note that I normally make my own bbq sauce, but being lazy, I went with the Sweet Baby Rays. The eggland's best eggs, pepper jack cheese and Sriracha hot sauce were key and I know mayo might be considered an abomination to some, but I felt it was clutch in the completion of this briski-brunch beast. Happy tuesday y'all!
