Need help with a Old Hickory SSE!

Help!
Suddenly the gear reduction box started to slip.
The gear is locked and the smoker is loaded with meat.
I can only get to two shelves of meat to reduce the load.

Anyone ever see this before?
Any suggestions?

Sorry, sounds like you need to get the meat to a different cooker. Hope someone else with more knowledge about your problem will chime in.
