My Huge Water Oak, is getting a "hair cut" today. Any live limbs cut off should be good smoking this fall!

Where I grew up we called water oak PI-- Oak. Smelled just like it.

Nice, I had a similar tree trimmed this year. Have a bunch of that wood stacked for fire wood out back, may have to try smoking with some of it once it get seasoned.
