I got inspired by Ross's post this morning and tried this chicken recipe. Couldn't fit 2 spatchcocked birds on the egg so had to cut them in half. Really good flavor on the chicken.

whats up with the potatos? its like the last 3 weeks, everyone has done the fan on the potatoe thing! I hae had them like this before and they are good, but theres been a lot of them this week haha
