Any suggestions on how to cook this?The last time i tried one it was tough.

Or like a london broil (med rare) - yummy. Nothing in between the two or you will be tough.

I did one low and slow for about 10 hrs. It was really good but I should have wrapped it at about 6 hours. Little too much smoke. It was pink all the way thru.

Look up Chuck roast in the search engine and you will find several threads that talk about chuck. I call them super steaks and fix them a lot. They are quick and easy and rarely generate any left overs.

Search for "chusck" too, some brethren spell chuck a little different.
