I love cooking on my pit, did some chicken, sprouts and spuds tonight. The chicken was a simple soy sauce base, with a few goodies added. Sprouts were drizzled with EVOO, and sprinkled with Santa Maria Seasoning. And the spuds we foiled along with some red onion, and seasoned with SMS & butter.

Got a nice fire going...

Added all the goodies...

Sprouts were off to the side, looking good...

Really cooking now...

Just turned, skin side down now...

Not a fancy plate, but it sure was good...

Wow, that looks fantastic. Far better than the rabbit food that I've been eating. It almost makes me want to cry.

Yes, I built it with my Father-in-Law. The grill top was made by a neighbor of my FIL down in Pismo Beach, I love it.

Thanks for the pron Tim. Meal looks fantastic!!

Question about the TV: Is it set in front of a window or some kind of glass to keep the weather out. We want to do something like that for our outdoor kitchen.

It is snugged up under a 4" overhang, it never get's wet. The overhang also has mini can lights built into it :thumb:

I can see why you like to cook on your Pit, and from the looks you are a fine cook on it.
